Welcome

I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist and a BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor.* I have been working in private practice in Greenwich, London SE10, for over 20 years, and work with a wide range of people. I have also worked as a therapist and supervisor in a variety of organisations. My organisational roles have included - Staff Counsellor and Trauma Advisor for HSBC bank, and the Bereavement Service Co-ordinator at St. Christopher’s Hospice in London. Location
My counselling and psychotherapy practice is based in Greenwich, south east London,
one minute's walk from Westcombe Park Station, and within easy reach of North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line), and Greenwich or Cutty Sark stations (DLR).
I am near to Blackheath, Lee, Charlton, Greenwich Millenium Village, Docklands, Deptford, Lewisham, Brockley, Eltham, Bexley and north Kent.

I offer

face-to-face counselling and psychotherapy to adults on an open ended basis, or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and live it more fully.

I have particular experience in working with

feelings of depression and anxiety, loss of self esteem, stress at work or at home, loss and bereavement, post traumtic stress, health related difficulties, relationship or sexuality issues, unresolved family matters, life transitions and feeling 'lost' with life's direction.

Training and qualifications
I have a diploma and MSc. in integrative psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London, gained in 1999. My first counselling diploma was awarded by the Pellin Institute, in 1991. I am committed to on-going professional development and have completed a number of post graduate courses, most recently, a training in Somatic Trauma Therapy with Babette Rothschild.
