I aim to respond creatively and effectively to each person as an individual. After an initial consultation, we may agree a set number of sessions, usually up to six, after which we can review our work together. You may feel that a limited number of session is sufficient or you may decide to continue weekly sessions, with regular reviews. Counselling and psychotherapy are a commitment to yourself, and if we agree to continue with weekly sessions, I will hold that time for you. Some people like to go away and reflect after the inital session, and contact me if they wish to continue. Choosing a therapist with whom you can make a good working relationship, is important.
